As Global CRM Specialist at our Stockholm Office you will be delivering best-in-class customer experiences through personalized communication, lifecycle journeys, and clienteling support. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance loyalty, engagement, and revenue across our omnichannel landscape.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Global CRM Specialist your main contribution will be to drive personalized, data-driven customer engagement strategies that strengthen loyalty and elevate the overall client experience across all channels. You will report to Head of CRM. You will play a vital role in building and optimizing global CRM initiatives that increase customer lifetime value, enhance retention and support our ambition to create exceptional client experiences.

Contribute to our mission of growing engagement and loyalty across global retail and digital touchpoints by:
  • Partner with clienteling teams to refine strategies for top clients and VICs.
  • Build and optimize audience groups using behavioral and lifecycle data.
  • Support new CRM/CDP rollout, including data migration and acting as super user.
  • Design automated flows to drive conversion, loyalty, and reactivation; collaborate on content.
  • Coordinate with global CRM and clienteling teams while supporting local initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate, integrated customer data across platforms.

We are looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented, and client-obsessed CRM Specialist to join our global CRM team.

Specific personal qualities for this role:
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across creative, technical, and commercial teams.
  • Proactive and results-driven, with a hands-on approach and clear focus on measurable impact.

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:
  • Skilled in platforms like Bloomreach, Klaviyo, Voyado, Emarsys and campaign management tools; strong grasp of omnichannel strategies.
  • Migration & Automation: Hands-on experience with CRM migrations and building automated lifecycle flows.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
  • Analytics: Strong ability to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive engagement and revenue.
  • Experienced in designing journeys, segmentation, and dashboards to boost personalization and performance.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
