About the Role

As a Trainer, you'll play a vital role in onboarding new hires and driving ongoing development for customer service teams. You'll design and deliver engaging training programs, lead onboarding sessions, provide feedback and coaching, and help teams sharpen their communication and sales skills. By staying aligned with client expectations and evolving market trends, you'll help ensure the team is always ahead of the curve.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Fluent German and English (spoken & written - C1 level)

Experience as a trainer or coach (ideally in a CX/sales environment

Knowledge of GDS systems, especially Amadeus

Excellent sales and communication skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

A proactive mindset with the ability to influence and motivate

Great interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse teams

Comfortable with giving supportive, constructive feedback

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Flexibility to travel for training purposes

EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece

Athens-based candidates only (this is an on-site role)
