A summer at sea - creative internship with GEIST
GEISTis a new sailing apparel brand based in Stockholm, Sweden. We create technical, raw, and beautiful garments for people who feel most like themselves outdoors - not indoors.

We're now looking for acreative, driven, and fearless Content Creator / Social Media Internto join usstarting immediately, and stay with us from February onward - ideally through a full summer on the Baltic Sea.

🚀 What you'll do

• Create content on location: photo, video, stories, behind-the-scenes
• Join us on sailing trips, test days, and prototype development for documentation
• Be part of a small, hands-on team (Josefina, Fredrik & Jesper)
• Build and grow GEIST's social media presence
• Edit reels, write captions, and develop ideas and content concepts
• Document the full journey - from fabric samples to sea trials
• Track and analyze performance: reach, engagement, retention, traffic
• Identify what works, why it works - and what needs to change
• Test new formats (A/B), compare results, and suggest improvements
• Propose content based on data, trends, and community feedback
• Create simple monthly insight reports for the team

• You don't need to be a sailing expert - just love adventure

Stockholm + at sea

This is an unpaid internship, but all travel related to sailing and testing is covered .

🕰 Period
Start:January / February (or as soon as possible)

End:Preferably after the summer

Time commitment is flexible, but we expect you to be available throughout most of the summer.
