As a Functional Safety Manager, you will focus on the functional safety work products of DC/DC converters and AC/DC converters (onboard chargers). This role involves collaborating across teams and leading functional safety discussions to ensure compliance with ISO 26262 standards.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 standards and manage ASIL C-level automotive systems.
• Lead functional safety discussions and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Analyze functional safety requirements and define technical safety requirements for hardware and software.
• Perform and review safety analyzes such as FTA, FMEA, DFA, and FMEDA.
• Oversee the preparation and validation of safety cases and documentation.
• Support testing and validation efforts for safety compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Extensive experience with ISO 26262 standards and functional safety processes.
• Proven expertise in power electronics, particularly DC/DC and AC/DC converters.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems and ASIL C requirements.
• Experience in technical safety concepts, FMEA, DFA, and FMEDA.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive safety discussions.
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in English.
