Who We Are: Galdera Labs

Galdera Labs is building an agentic predictive analytics platform for the CFO office. We integrate numbers and narrative using machine learning techniques and a proprietary context layer to deliver the next evolution of strategic financial planning.

The Role

We are seeking a high-potential Founding Engineer (1-2 years experience) ready to take ownership of our core AI and data infrastructure. You will be a critical early technical hire, establishing foundational engineering processes and helping to deliver our core product features.

Key Responsibilities

Build AI Workflows: Design and implement robust agentic workflows and automation pipelines. Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate development.

Full-Stack Development: Write clean, production-ready code using our core stack: Python (backend/data) and TypeScript (front-end). Data Engineering: Develop and optimize large-scale data transformation jobs using Apache Spark.

Architecture: Participate in core architectural decisions, leveraging solid expertise in Cloud Infrastructure and database design/optimization.

Process Ownership: Establish early engineering best practices, including CI/CD and testing.

Qualifications

Experience: 2-4 years of professional software development experience.

Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and Apache Spark.

AI Focus: Practical experience with AI coding tools and implementing agentic workflows.

Foundation: Strong expertise in Cloud Infrastructure and database systems.

Mindset: Proactive, autonomous, and thrives in a high-ambiguity, fast-paced environment.
