Brinna AI, a promising new Stockholm-based venture, harness the power of AI to revolutionize brand management, ensure consistency and providing valuable insights for brands. As the demand for maintaining brand consistency has surged with the latest advancements in AI, we aim to become the intelligent antidote to brand inconsistencies by being at the forefront of this essential shift of paradigm. Currently, we're working with global brands and have already generated revenue through various bespoke developments and solutions. Our next strategic move is to pivot towards developing a comprehensive AI-driven platform, further elevating our impact in the brand management sphere.

This is a joint-venture with massive growth potential. With the right team, we anticipate scaling to $10M in ARR within the first year of launch.

What We Are Looking For

We're seeking a tech-savvy and ambitious Founding Engineer. You’ll be a core member of the founding team, with significant influence over technology, strategy, and execution — along with potential meaningful equity upside.

As a Founding Engineer, you will have the freedom to push boundaries, dive deep into code, and actively contribute to shaping the company’s vision and technological backbone. You will also be instrumental in building and mentoring a high-performing team to tackle challenges head-on and achieve ambitious growth.

This is a challenge for someone with the grit, grind, and determination to build, innovate, and scale Brinna AI into a global leader in tech-driven brand management solutions.

💼 Full-stack expertise — strong experience in frontend & backend development (React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Next.js, PostgreSQL).

🗣️ Strong communication and leadership skills — ability to influence company strategy and mentor future team members.

🚀 Startup experience — prior work at an early-stage company or high-growth tech startup.
