Job DescriptionAs a result of further growth of our Business Assurance Unit in Sweden we are looking for qualifiedLead Auditors within the Food & Beverage area.
As a Lead Auditor you will be part of our team of auditors. Your assignments will be performing audits according to standards for food safety practices - normally at the customer's premises - in a wide variety of industries.
You will be part of a professional team of colleagues with experience in many industries. As a Lead Auditor you will work both independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
The assignment may include:
• Performing audits for Swedish and international clients
• Project management of larger certification projects
• Development of new services, training services, etc. on an ad hoc basis
• Supporting sales team and contributing to sales revenue.

Qualifications
Requirements:
• Relevant educational background
• Minimum 5 years of work experience from the Food & Beverage industry
• At least two years full-time practical work as lead auditor for Food & Beverage standards
• Qualified for the following standards: BRCGS Food, ISO/FSSC 22000 and preferably additional standards, such as IFS and/or Global Red Meat Standard
• Good communication and collaborative skills
• Must be able to travel, including overnight stays, often involving travel outside of normal working hours
• Good English skills in speech and writing, as well as fluent in Swedish (speaking and writing)
• Great commercial and sales skills preferred
• Strong communication and training skills preferred.

You will be hired on local conditions.
