TP Nordic is now looking for Finnish-speaking customer service representatives to join its team in Stockholm. You will work in customer service for a well-known technology company operating in the financial sector - in a secure, pleasant, and developing work environment.

The start date is planned for mid-March.

You will work in a team serving customers of a well-known technology company in the financial sector.

About the role:

📞 The position is full-time and includes answering incoming calls where you analyze customers' situations and resolve them quickly, with commitment and a customer-oriented approach.

💻 Previous experience with different software and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are considered an advantage.

🏙️ You will work at our office in Stockholm.

Opening hours:

Monday-Friday: 08:00-20:00

We are looking for someone who:

Has completed upper secondary school

Takes customer service seriously, enjoys interacting with people via phone and email, and wants to make everyday life easier for others

Has good IT skills

Speaks and writes fluent Finnish and English

Swedish language skills are not a requirement but are considered an advantage

You are calm, mature, and genuinely interested in helping others. You have empathy, which helps you put yourself in other people's situations. The desire to exceed our customers' expectations guides our daily work, and we hope your passion is to do a little more than required. You appreciate an energetic work environment and see problems as exciting challenges. Swedish language skills are not a requirement, but they are considered an advantage.
