Financial Controller till Citycon

Citycon is looking for a Financial Controller to join our financial team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an international real estate company where you will be involved in a wide range of financial and accounting matters.

A key part of the role is to own and manage the collaboration with our outsourced finance partner, ensuring high quality, accuracy and efficient processes. We are looking for someone who is curious, structured and comfortable acting as a demanding counterpart while maintaining strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

Manage and follow up on the outsourced bookkeeping and financial support function
Ensure accurate accounting and high-quality financial reporting
Follow up AP and AR flows and purchase order process, investigate problems and support internally and externally
Participate in month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings
Support financial reporting, reconciliations and analysis
Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

We are looking for someone who

Has 3-5 years of experience within finance, accounting or controlling
Holds a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar
Has solid understanding of financial and accounting processes and financial systems
Is curious, analytical and confident in setting requirements
Enjoys working in a collaborative, international environment
Is fluent in both English and Swedish
