We are looking for a Financial Controller for a consultancy assignment at a leading company within logistics. This is a full-time role (100%) from April 27th, 2026 to September 30th, 2026, based in Ljungby/Jönköping with a hybrid setup (minimum 3 days on-site per week).

You will be part of the central finance team within the TPL organization, supporting the business in achieving its goals through efficient and well-functioning financial processes. The team is collaborative and works closely with operational units across regions, offering a dynamic and engaging work environment.

What will this role achieve?

You will play a key role in supporting financial operations, reporting and analysis, ensuring high quality in processes while contributing to business insights, forecasting and compliance with internal policies.

Key responsibilities:

Perform operational finance tasks within:

Order to Cash (customer invoicing)

Purchase to Pay (supplier invoices)

Record to Report (closing and accounting)

Support the business with:

Monthly reporting

Financial analysis and statistics

Budgeting and forecasting

Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial procedures

Maintain close communication with operational units and stakeholders

Contribute to continuous improvements in financial processes

About you:

Requirements:

~5 years of experience as a finance administrator or controller (preferably within logistics)

Strong communication skills in Swedish and English (written and spoken)

Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems

Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office

Skills:

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes

Structured and organized working style

Ability to prioritize and work independently

Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
