As a Financial Analyst at our Stockholm headquarters, you will transform data into insights and continuously improve the way we work. We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented person to join our Controlling team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a global luxury brand by supporting strategic decision-making through high-quality reporting and analysis. You will be part of the Controlling team within the Finance department, and you will report to FP&A Manager.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Financial Analyst your main contribution will be to enable data-driven decision-making by delivering accurate and scalable financial reporting and analysis, while continuously improving and automating controlling processes in close collaboration with Finance, Business, and IT. You will play a vital role in this by:

• Own and produce recurring financial reports and dashboards with a strong focus on accuracy, clarity, and consistency to support strategic decisions.
• Contribute to month-end closing, forecasting, budgeting, and ad hoc financial analysis to ensure timely and insightful financial management.
• Analyze financial and operational data, presenting key insights to enable data-driven decision-making across the Finance function.
• Lead the development and automation of scalable reporting solutions using Qlik and Excel in collaboration with stakeholders, enhancing efficiency and usability.
• Identify and implement improvements in controlling-related data handling and analysis, including automation, digitalization, and standardization of workflows.
• Translate business needs into clear data requirements, collaborate with IT on BI solutions, lead Qlik app development, and act as a key user and trainer for reporting systems to ensure successful tool adoption.

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 1-2 years of work experience
• Previous experience in the retail or fashion industry is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy
• Solid Excel skills and comfortable working with large data sets
• Ability to read and analyze financial reports and understand business KPIs
• Solid understanding of financial processes and business acumen
• Experience with BI tools such as Qlik or similar is preferred
• Basic coding skills in SQL are a plus
• Experience in AI-driven solutions for workflow optimization is a plus
• Very good communication skills in English facing different audience
