FINANCE IT SPECIALIST

Pordenone (Italy), Ljungby (Sweden)

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You will join the central Group IT team responsible for Finance applications. The role focuses on business continuity, application lifecycle management, demand management, and cross-functional international projects to evolve the application landscape.

JDE EnterpriseOne 9.2 is the core Finance platform, complemented by custom and commercial solutions. You will support Finance processes and integration with HR, sales, and procurement applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will support finance community as business partner, incident resolver, and being part of projects and advanced reconciliations. You will propose and deliver solutions for finance, implementing new technologies for efficiency and digitalization. You will:

• Support Finance users, providing functional support and taking care of Finance modules and integration with other applications.
• Manage provisioning, incident management, and demand process using ServiceNow and JIRA.
• Be part of international projects to modernize the application landscape (discovery, process mapping, training, UAT, hyper care, data migrations, cutover).
• Propose and lead digitalization and efficiency initiatives, leveraging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation, Orchestrations and Cloud solutions.
• Collaborate remotely with global stakeholders, manage suppliers (e.g. project deliverables, AMS service level) and travel internationally when required.

WHAT'S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE

• Experience in a similar role, supporting JDE or ERP/EPM cloud solutions.
• Degree in IT, Economics, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Fluent in English; Italian and/or Swedish are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes (Administration, Controlling, Treasury) from an IT perspective.
• Knowledge of JDE Finance modules; familiarity with other modules is a plus.
• Experience with Cloud ERP solutions (e.g. Oracle Fusion, SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Experience with Enterprise Performance Management platforms (e.g. Oracle EPM, SAP Analytics Cloud, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning).
• Familiarity with low-code / no-code solutions (e.g. Oracle APEX).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ITIL frameworks.
• Proactive mindset, project management and communication skills, and enthusiasm for technology and change.
