At G+D Mobile Security Sweden AB, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Finance Director to join our local Executive Management team based in Stockholm. Our current Finance Director is planning to retire in 2027. We are starting the recruitment process early to ensure we find the right person and create the best possible conditions for a smooth and successful handover. This means you will have time to learn, collaborate, and transition into the role with full support.

As Finance Director, you will report directly to the Managing Director and the Head of Finance in Munich, playing a key role in steering our financial operations and representing the Finance function both locally and within the Group Finance community. Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a strategic leader with strong financial expertise and a hands on approach. In this role, you will:

• Oversee and organize all Finance & Accounting (F&A) activities, including accounting, controlling, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial risk management.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting in line with IFRS and local GAAP.
• Act as the central financial interface to Group headquarters and external authorities.
• Safeguard company assets through robust internal controls.
• Lead and develop the Finance team, 7 employees, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
• Support operational management with financial insights to drive profitability and efficiency.
• Manage customer contracts and vendor purchase orders in accordance with the company's signature approval matrix.
• Deliver audited year end closing packages and ensure compliance with corporate guidelines.
• Represent Finance in the local Management Team and the Group Finance Community.

Qualifications

We see that you are a result driven, analytical and collaborative leader who combines technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills.

Moreover, you need to have:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years in a similar leadership role.
• A degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven knowledge and experience with IFRS and local GAAP.
• Strong understanding of financial and managerial accounting, corporate taxes, and group consolidation.
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and Microsoft Office tools.

It is extra good if you have:

• Experience in an international corporate environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial process optimization.
• A track record of driving cost savings, working capital improvements, and process efficiency.
