Field Service Engineer Nordic & Baltic (m/f/d)

Your Mission
- Install, commission and calibrate our high-tech EOS (Metal) systems directly at customer sites - from laser technology to optical sensors and imaging systems.
- Ensure reliable system performance through preventative maintenance, scheduled servicing and fast, effective troubleshooting (remote and on-site).
- Manage your spare parts and tool inventory to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
- Document all service activities in our service management system, including installation and repair reports as well as customer interactions.
- Support and train customers on system operation, maintenance and basic troubleshooting to empower them in their daily work.
- Carry out professional repair work, including part replacements and system adjustments, always meeting our high quality standards.
Your Talents
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in a field service role, preferably with complex optical, laser, or high-tech instrumentation.
- Strong understanding of optical principles, laser technology, and electronic circuits with proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in one or more Nordic & Baltic languages is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, often under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the Nordic region.
- Proficiency with standard office software (MS Office Suite) and experience with CRM or service management software.
