Are you a professional seeking a new challenge in a dynamic and fast developing business? By joining us in Stockholm, Sweden as Field Sales Engineer (Instrumentation), you will become part of the Nordics Global Sales team, with immediate responsibilities for Central Sweden.

This role is essential for primarily developing, as well as maintaining and improving direct customer contacts and relationships in line with the defined "Go to Market" philosophy for Manufacturers /Original Equipment Manufacturing companies (OEM's). By engaging with our customers, you will work towards delivering the company's ambitious growth targets. The focus is on selling and promoting products, services, concepts, and solutions offered by the Measurement Solutions Business Unit.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Promoting products and services across the assigned sales area

Visiting key accounts and prospects to assess potential and strengthen relationships

Understanding customer drivers and staying current with their business needs

Preparing annual booking budgets by product, value and period

Submitting call plans, analyses and reports with timely accuracy

Reporting sales plans and project potential through CRM updates

Liaising with internal teams to prioritize quotations and maintain service levels

Participating in relevant industry events

For This Role, You Will Need:

Technical degree, or equivalent experience

Proven sales / business development experience in a commercial role

Exposure to industrial automation environment (e.g. chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, power, life science, refining), with a good technical understanding (ideally measuring instrumentation)

CRM & MS Office tools

Proficiency in English and Swedish language

Willingness to travel in the country and regionally

Driver's license

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Previous experience with flow measurement solutions

Matrix organization experience

Interest in energy efficiency and sustainability
