We are currently seeking an experienced information security and IT professional to join our team within our Capital Markets practice.

Within our Capital Markets practice, we advise our clients in a wide range of areas such as corporate governance, policy management, risk management and internal control, operational excellence, prospectus, financial governance, internal and external reporting, sustainability, human resources, tax, information security and IT, together with our specialists in each area. With your experience, you will support our clients in the information security and IT area, contributing your extensive knowledge to create impactful solutions. You will also gain further insights into other areas mentioned below.

A career in our Capital Markets practice will give you the opportunity to:
- Support, facilitate and lead our clients (spanning various industries such as manufacturing, financial sector, investment companies, MedTech, retail etc.) through areas relating to information security and IT as well as crisis management and business continuity within the IPO process from a preparation perspective; from initial discussions to the first day of trading (on regulated and unregulated markets in Sweden as well as abroad incl. US listings).
- Lead and facilitate change projects aiming to improve our clients' information security and IT governance structures, including management of service providers.
- Support our clients in developing and implementing strategic approaches for seamless information security and IT to support business objectives as well as to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Lead projects related to advice in areas such as crisis management and business continuity.
As a senior consultant, you will play a key role in leading collaborative projects and guiding less experienced colleagues while working with a team of highly skilled professionals. You are also expected to contribute to our business and service development in the IT and information security area, including continuous support in developing our way of working.
Skills & Requirements What are we looking for in this position?
We are looking to broaden our team with a senior information security and IT professional, who possesses the following skills and background:
- University degree, in information technology, business administration or related field
- Extensive practical experience (10+ years) in information security or IT in a leading role, including experience of working with the following areas:
- Information security and IT security including related regulations (e.g. NIS2, ISO27000, NIST etc.)
- IT governance including related regulations and frameworks (e.g., ITIL, etc.)
- Crisis management and business continuity including related regulations and frameworks (e.g. ISO 22301 etc.)
- Proficient in English and Swedish, written and spoken
- High work capacity
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced communication and presentation skills
- Resourceful, innovative, and team-oriented approach
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Power Point and Excel primarily)
- Experience from top-tier consulting firms or mid/large enterprises is meritorious
You will be expected to manage interactions with C-level and key positions in information security and IT management and have great project management skills. We believe that you are organised, proactive, and have a high level of integrity. You are business oriented and find it inspiring and challenging to interact with different stakeholders and above all to work with a wide range of businesses, running multiple projects simultaneously.Recruitment process
