Above is looking for anExperience Innovation Directorto join our creative team based in our Stockholm or Malmö studio. This is a permanent full-time role.

Job Description

Our experience innovation team createscutting-edge physical products with tech-enabled experiences. Together with our clients, we uncover opportunities driven by users, tech, and business factors. Our solutions are delivered through value driven narratives, prototypes that make experiences tangible, and well crafted products.

As an Experience Innovation Director, you will be a key player indriving cutting-edge design and innovation projectsfor some of the world's most exciting brands. You will help usidentify and secure new commercial opportunities, acting as a strategic partner for new and existing clients.

With a high-level of conceptual thinking, you will have a direct impact in shaping excellent project deliveries through craft and creativity as wellshape our culture and ways of workingacross disciplines.

Our work is exciting and diverse in nature, spanning consumer products, smart home devices, robotics, future mobility experiences, spatial experiences and many more. We collaborate across disciplines to create impact across all organization levels and future horizons - from category-defining hero products to multi-dimensional portfolio strategies.

What we are looking for

We are looking for inspiring, forward-thinking portfolios that display your abilities in craft, creativity, and leadership:

• Forward-thinking approach to product experiences and technologies, with a keen interest in emerging trends and future developments
• Holistic thinker with strong conceptualisation skills and critical-thinking abilities who is comfortable leading conversations with stakeholders and experts from design, business, and technical domains.
• Demonstrated commercial experience of selling exciting experience innovation projects - and ideally a strong network
• Strong storytelling and client management to clearly communicate ideas and thought-processes to peers and clients alike,
• Preferably 9+ years of professional experience, and familiarity with fast-paced agency environments / workflows
• Ability to lead clients through complex challenges, and structure design processes that enable diverse teams to be effective
• Aesthetic sensibility in harmony with a thoughtful, user-centered approach to design, business, and technology
• A humble, self-propelled and collaborative team player that feels at home in multi-competence project constellations
• Positive impact and sustainability mindset
