We are looking for a BID Manager to join our team in Norrköping, Sweden
As a BID Manager, you will play a key role in managing tenders and leading the sales support operations for Sweden, the UK, and Finland, working closely with our country sales teams to ensure smooth coordination and successful outcomes. You will also lead the implementation of our Group CRM system (Dynamics 365 Business Central), driving effective adoption and ongoing improvements throughout the organisation. In this role, you’ll collaborate with colleagues in sales and marketing, providing support and helping us deliver outstanding solutions for our customers.
You’ll be based in Sweden, collaborating with colleagues in the UK and Finland. This role operates both locally and internationally, so you’ll use both Swedish and English in your daily work. You’ll support all Everon Group countries, ensuring scalable tender and CRM processes across the organisation. Our global Sales and Marketing Director is based in the UK, and each country has its own sales director. In this role, you’ll be the key link supporting all countries to drive best practices and efficiency.
Your Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the tender process for Everon Group countries (Sweden, the UK and Finland)
Lead the rollout and optimisation of our CRM system, supporting and training colleagues
Provide essential administrative support to the sales teams
Prepare reports, presentations, and sales documentation
Assist in developing and executing sales strategies
Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues with care
What We are Looking For
Experience in sales support or a similar role, ideally with more than three years’ experience
CRM mastery (e.g., Business Central) for pipeline management and forecasting
Demonstrated ability to manage tenders and lead CRM implementation project
Strong organisational and project management skills
Confidence in driving new ideas and improvements, inspiring others to embrace change, and collaborating effectively to implement innovative processes, systems, and ways of working
Ability to identify challenges, develop effective solutions, and ensure planned changes are fully carried through to completion
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Swedish
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
A collaborative, customer-focused approach
A degree in business, sales, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience is valued.

Recruitment Process Briefly
Initial discussion: An in-person meeting at our office with the Swedish Site Manager and HR.
Second interview: Online meeting with the Group VP Sales and Marketing, Peter Kerly.
Practical task and meeting the team: A short assignment followed by a discussion with the Sales Team.
Final decision: We will inform you of the outcome promptly after the final stage.
