About the Role:
Are you someonewho is passionate about improving and aligning business processes, people, andsystems? Then continue reading! We are now looking for a new person to join ourERP process development team within IT and the Global ERP department.

We are seeking to appoint an ERP Process Developer, who is responsible for thecustomer focus and network around business process areas. The purpose of therole is to ensure to create value, efficiency and understand the dependencieson subprocesses. You will have close collaboration with the architect team andspecialists to attain optimal system support of the processes in scope. In theposition your focus will be approximately 50% on business and 50% on SAP.

Key responsibilities:
-Capture ideas, translate requirements
-End-to-end change delivery (from idea to fully operational)
-Support to projects in change requests & business impact
-Establish, run business networks focused on the process perspective
-Regression testing with extension of business network.
-Establish process documentation, instructions and training of super users.
-3rd line support, knowledge transfer and problem mitigation
-Safeguard business anchoring of template change
-Cross functional collaboration in business.

About you
We are looking for a profile with some years of experience from asimilar position working business oriented with ERP systems/SAP. We fullyacknowledge that your education makes a difference, but at the same time, weknow that practical experience can mean as much as diplomas, so if you thinkyou are the right person for the job, we would like to hear from you - even ifyou may not have IT professional education.

We are looking for a person who:
-has excellent communication skills
-has experience with process modelling, instruction, and training
-has experience with business change management
-is methodical and completing
-is motivated by optimization/value creation
-can analyse and close gaps between current and future state

As person you are a team player, agile, have a strong drive andunderstand how deliver the message at all levels of the organization. You enjoytaking initiative and can communicate well on all business levels and allbusiness areas. Furthermore, you are motivated, open-minded and willing tolearn.
