How you will make an impact:
Crane Currency is looking for an ERP Analyst to optimize business operations by ensuring seamless integration and functionality of our enterprise resource planning system. This role focuses on analyzing workflows, identifying process improvements, and configuring ERP solutions to support manufacturing, supply chain, and finance. By maintaining data integrity and system reliability, the ERP Analyst enables accurate reporting and informed decision-making while serving as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
As an ERP Analyst at Crane Currency, you will:
- Provide ERP application support by reviewing, resolving, and following up on support requests to minimize business disruption and maintain system reliability.
- Manage user security and compliance through creation and maintenance of user accounts, roles, and authorizations, ensuring adherence to SOX requirements and audit standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement ERP enhancements that improve processes and meet operational needs.
- Develop and maintain documentation including functional specifications, test plans, and user guides to support new or revised functionality.
- Monitor system health and performance by tracking ticket queues, system alerts, and job statuses; proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact production.
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execution for JD Edwards and related systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and external audit requirements.
- Enforce coding and development standards for internal and third-party developers to ensure consistency, supportability, and compliance across all customizations.
Required:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Science or Business or commensurate experience.
- 3 to 5 years' Applications related, i.e. Finance, Manufacturing, or Distribution, experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne or other ERP system.
- 3 years' experience supporting Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Audit/SOX/Compliance experience with regards to policy application, enforcement, review, and evidence provision.
- Strong fact finding, interviewing, problem solving, and data analysis skills.
- Ability to become involved with customers and represent the Company with professionalism and confidence.
- Language:Highly proficient in English and Swedish, written and spoken.
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of JD Edwards Orchestrator, One View Reporting, and Power Forms
- Working knowledge of DSI Barcoding solution and GE Plant Applications
- Strong technical writing and communication skills required.
- Proven experience creating technical and process improvement specifications.
- Understanding relational database design and common database languages.
- Advanced understanding of software development life cycles.
