The role
As anEnterprise Reseller Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting and strengthening our existing Enterprise reseller partnerships. Working closely with senior team members, you'll help manage reseller relationships, provide ongoing training and support, and ensure partners have the resources they need to succeed. Your role will be instrumental in optimizing partner performance and driving growth within our established reseller network.

The role
As anEnterprise Reseller Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting and strengthening our existing Enterprise reseller partnerships. Working closely with senior team members, you'll help manage reseller relationships, provide ongoing training and support, and ensure partners have the resources they need to succeed. Your role will be instrumental in optimizing partner performance and driving growth within our established reseller network.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Support the management and development of relationships with existing Enterprise reseller partners.
- Assist in onboarding, training, and continuous education to enhance partner success.
- Collaborate with resellers to execute joint business plans and meet shared goals.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance through KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Facilitate clear communication between reseller partners and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in rights management, music licensing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in partner or account management, preferably with resellers or channel partners.
- Sales experience with a track record of contributing to revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills to assess partner performance and identify areas for optimization.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to partner challenges.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple partners effectively.

- Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
