Who are you?

Are you an experienced IB Diploma programme English A teacher who burns for the vision of the IB, and embraces the IB pedagogy of working with the students at the centre, and incorporating the core values of the IB? If so then you are the person we are looking for to join our team of dedicated IBDP teachers.

You are someone who can plan and organize both your own and students' work efficiently and create a trusting classroom climate where all students have a voice. As a person, you have a good ability to inspire, engage, and challenge students in their learning based on their level of knowledge. You use digital tools as a natural element in your teaching. You value close collaboration with colleagues and strive to always develop your teaching by contributing to peer learning. We see that you are a clear pedagogical leader who can communicate well with students, guardians, and colleagues. You have a teaching certification.

We would prefer you to have several years of experience of teaching within the IB framework and are comfortable with the IB teaching expectations. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. The position is a part-time position, 50-60%, starting fall term 2026.
