Join our Team
The Ericsson Private 5G is a next-generation, private network, tailored to drive Industry 4.0, the modernization and digitalization of infrastructures and business process operations. Organizations gain secure and powerful 4G LTE and 5G Standalone (SA) connectivity allowing them to optimize and simplify business critical operations through data creation, collection, and analysis.
As an Engineering Manager for RAN Solutions within EP5G SW Engineering, you will be leading and managing a team of engineers that work with Radio Access Networks (RAN), Development Lab and Hardware system design, providing you with an unique opportunity to experience a full 5G/NR end-to-end network first-hand and to shape the future of the Enterprise business.
The Engineering Manager role is a multi-faceted role, but also rewarding one - requiring you to use several different skillsets and experiences that you have acquired over the years working with RAN in a R&D context. In EP5G, this means that you will be contributing technically to the work that the team does, you will act as the team's Scrum Master organizing day-to-day activities and planning, you will act as a Delivery Lead for the team's feature deliverables, and you will also fulfill the formal duties of a People (Line) Manager role.
Are you today an experienced technical RAN Engineering Manager looking for the next challenge or are you a senior technical leader aspiring to take on your first Engineering Manager role - then this might be for you!
What Will You Do?
Line Management of a team that works with RAN Engineering, Development Lab and HW system design
