We've recently expanded our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business across Europe. Sweden, Finland, and Denmark have been successfully up and running for the past two years, while Norway, Germany, and Austria were launched during the autumn of 2026. To support this exciting growth, we are looking for a motivatedEcommerce Merchandising Specialistto join our European Marketing Team.

Purpose of the Role
As Ecommerce Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for the execution and maintenance of our European DTC website. You'll ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and engaging content tailored to each local market, creating a relevant and personalized experience for our consumers. In this role, you will report directly to the Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with the wider Marketing Team.

Key Accountabilities
• Maintain and update website content across European markets (products, PDP enhancements, pricing).
• Coordinate assets and content requests with Brand and Graphics teams for product launches.
• Manage product descriptions in collaboration with our copywriting agency.
• Oversee production of product photos with the Creative team.
• Develop and own the European marketing calendar.
• Plan and execute marketing emails for newsletter subscribers.

Background & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing (preferred).
• 1-2 years of relevant experience with eCommerce platforms; Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience is highly valued.
• Strong adaptability in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and analytics tools (Google Analytics or similar).
• Experience in international or matrix organizations.
• Advanced knowledge of eCommerce and consumer behaviour.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Swedish and English; Finnish or other European languages are an advantage.
