Assignment Overview

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Developer with strong expertise in AI, Copilot, and intelligent agents

What You Will Work On

Implement Copilot and AI-driven assistants in Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Sales

Design and optimize prompts for AI-driven use cases

Configure and customize Copilot solutions for customer environments

Deploy AI solutions into production environments

Integrate Copilot with external systems and data sources

Develop and configure solutions in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform

Configure chatbots and intelligent agents using Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents

Develop custom functionality using C#

Build frontend components using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript

Collaborate in agile development teams and contribute to continuous improvement

What You Bring

Documented experience delivering customer implementations of Copilot and AI-driven assistants in Dynamics 365

Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform development

Experience integrating Copilot with external systems and data sources

Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents

Strong development skills in C#

Experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript

Experience working in agile development environments

Strong problem-solving ability and structured approach
