Director Professional Sales ROW

Aimpoint is now looking for a Director Professional Sales ROW to lead our professional sales team, focusing on the development of both people and markets.
About the Role
As the Director Professional Sales, you will play a pivotal role in developing your 6-person team and enhancing Aimpoint's market presence. Your mission will be to identify new opportunities, strengthen existing customer relationships, and build a motivated and cohesive sales team.
What You Will Do
Team Development and Empowerment
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high motivation.
Coach the team to succeed by supporting each individual's professional growth.
Recruit, build, and retain a strong team that collectively achieves ambitious goals.
Business Development and Strategic Planning
Identify and develop new markets and customer relationships through coordinated marketing activities and analysis of potential opportunities.
Design strategic market and activity plans aimed at growth.
Focus on fostering long-term profitability and consistently track goals to ensure results.
Leadership and Accountability
Drive innovation and improvement in your area of responsibility.
Ensure alignment of operations and strategy with the company's overall business objectives.
Be responsible for short- and long-term improvements to optimize sales processes and results.

To Succeed and Thrive in This Role, You Likely Have:
Proficiency in Swedish and English (written and spoken). A third language is highly meritorious.
A willingness to travel, with 50-80 travel days per year.
A valid driver's license.
A professional background in the Military, Police, or Defense Industry.

The salary range for this position is 85,000-100,000 SEK per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
