Hi There!

Eliq is hiring a hands-on product leader to shape and deliver the next generation of our energy platform. You'll work closely with the company's founders (CEO and CTO) on product strategy and take full ownership of execution. You bring structure to discovery and delivery, keep the team close to customers, and use insight and AI to build what truly matters.

The role is based in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, grow, and coach a high-performing team of product managers, a designer, and a product marketing manager. Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and curiosity.
• Co-own the product strategy with the founders and leadership team, translating company goals into a clear roadmap and measurable outcomes.
• Drive delivery across the product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration, ensuring speed, quality, and impact.
• Embed structured, continuous customer discovery to keep the team close to real user needs and market dynamics.
• Use data and AI to inform priorities, improve decision-making, and identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to deliver products that meet commercial goals and drive revenue growth.
• Monitor product performance and financial outcomes, refining pricing, positioning, and feature focus when needed.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years delivering B2B SaaS products in senior product roles.
• Proven ability to build strong teams and maintain a high bar for delivery.
• Deep customer understanding and strong commercial mindset.
• Uses data and AI to move faster, decide smarter, and build better products.
• Technically confident, structured, and clear in communication and execution.
• Willingness to relocate If based outside of Gothenburg.
