Digital Workplace Services Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting modern workplace technologies that enable employees to collaborate, communicate, and work productively from anywhere. This role ensures that digital workplace services-such as Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, endpoint management, and identity/security services-are reliable, secure, and continuously improved.

Your role & influence as Digital Workplace Services Engineer

Responsibility : You will be given responsibility for designing, implementing, and managing scalable Microsoft-based cloud architectures, collaborating with development teams to optimize cloud services, automate operations, and ensure high performance and reliability.

Collaboration : Together with your team, you take care of delivering standardized services efficiently and effectively. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with Sales Engineers, Project Managers, and Service Offerings teams to ensure seamless implementation and optimal customer outcomes.

Core activities:


  • Delivery: Design, implement, and manage scalable Microsoft-based cloud architectures, ensuring high performance and reliability

  • Advisory: Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to provide guidance on cloud optimization, automation, and best practices

  • Support: Troubleshoot, maintain, and continuously improve cloud-based services, ensuring seamless operation and customer satisfaction

  • Maintenance: maintaining and optimizing an organization's Microsoft 365 and cloud-based workplace environment.

We envision you as a curious and driven individual who thrives on designing, optimizing, and supporting cloud and workplace technologies while continuously learning and solving complex technical challenges.

Additionally, it's important that you have:


  • A bachelor's degree level of working and thinking is required

  • Experience in engineering and supporting workplace technologies. This includes Microsoft cloud solutions environments, with a focus on Microsoft 365 and the Defender Suite.

  • Proficiency in English is essential, as it is the primary language for all internal and external communications. Additionally, proficiency in one of the local languages spoken in Dustin's operating countries (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Dutch, Finnish, or French) is a plus.

  • Technical skills required:

Expertise in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Entra ID/Azure AD)

Device and endpoint management (Windows, iOS, Android, Autopilot, Intune, compliance, conditional access)

Client management

PowerShell scripting

Intune app packaging

Identity services (Windows AD, Entra ID, Entra ID Domain Services)

Security (Defender for Identity, Endpoint, and Office 365)
