I'm Elin Melin Lundström, Head of Digital Sales & Media Performance, and we're assembling a high-caliber team for our Digital department. As our Digital Media Specialist, you will take ownership of shaping strategies, optimizing campaigns, and leveraging data-driven insights to ensure maximum impact. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize mainly but not only display advertising campaigns, focusing on achieving measurable business results .
- Analyze campaign performance and take decisive actions to drive continuous improvement and maximize ROI .
- Collaborate with the trading desk team to ensure efficient budget utilization and precise targeting across channels and campaigns .
- Partner with creative teams to test and refine hypotheses, ensuring campaigns are data-driven and aligned with business objectives .
- Incorporate insights from Marketing Mix Models (MMM) and other analytical tools to inform media strategies and decision-making .
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, implementing relevant learnings into ongoing strategies .
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise communication .
- Nurturing relationships with our publishers. Stay informed about their latest offerings and innovations while keeping track of new players and developments in the programmatic display and video advertising landscape.
Qualifications
Educational :
University degree or other relevant degree .
Professional Experience:
- At least 4 years of professional experience in performance marketing, with a focus on programmatic display advertising .
- Experience with Marketing Mix Models (MMM) or similar analytical tools is highly meriting .
- Knowledge of other digital marketing channels, such as SEM or social media advertising, is an advantage .
Ad Platform Expertise:
- Deep expertise in programmatic advertising platforms, such as DV360 , CM360 , and a strong track record of optimizing campaigns for business outcomes .
Analytical Strength:
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies to drive business results .
Business-Driven Approach:
- Focused on achieving measurable outcomes while staying curious and open to testing new ideas for continuous improvement .
Collaboration and Communication Pro:
- S trong ability to collaborate across teams and present insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders .
E-commerce Experience:
- Proven track record of working with large eCommerce/retail companies to develop impactful advertising strategies and achieve tangible business results .
