THE ROLE

We're looking for a Digital Growth Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our digital channels and help fuel Winningtemp's growth. You'll work strategically and hands-on across paid channels, SEO, website optimization and conversion - always with the goal of turning awareness into action, and traffic into results.

This is a role for someone who thrives in the intersection of marketing, tech and analytics - and loves building journeys that engage and convert.

You'll be part of our Marketing team and report to the CMO.
Your responsibilities include:
• Owning and optimizing our digital channels, including Paid Search, Display, Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta, Google), SEO and GEO
• Driving website development and UX optimization to maximize lead quality and conversion
• Managing agency collaborations to scale digital performance across markets
• Monitoring and improving customer journeys across awareness, consideration and conversion stages
• Leading and delivering digital growth projects in line with our marketing roadmap
• Analyzing channel performance and ROI across all initiatives
• Ensuring SEO best practices are in place and contributing to long-term growth
• Maintaining digital security standards, including ROPA documentation
THE YOU

• Hands-on experience with Paid Search and Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta, Google)
• Deep knowledge of SEO and a strong interest in GEO strategy
• Proven track record of optimizing websites for conversion, including UX and analytics
• Experience working with multi-language/multi-market websites
• Structured, analytical and collaborative - comfortable leading both strategy and execution
• Curious, driven and passionate about continuous growth
• Bonus: Some coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, JS) is appreciated but not required
