Assignment Overview

We are seeking a Change Leader with deep DevSecOps expertise

What You Will Work On

Develop a new delivery and collaboration model based on DevSecOps principles.

Define and document guiding principles, process flows, roles, and responsibilities.

Design collaboration frameworks between development, operations, and security teams.

Establish governance structures, KPIs, and follow-up mechanisms.

Define a continuous improvement framework aligned with DevSecOps maturity.

Develop an implementation roadmap with strong focus on change management and cultural transformation.

Support stakeholder alignment across business and IT functions.

Ensure the model aligns with the technical platform strategy while remaining tool-agnostic.

What You Bring

Documented deep experience in DevSecOps and modern software delivery models.

Strong experience designing and implementing DevSecOps operating models.

Proven background in change management and introducing new ways of working.

Experience working across development, operations, and security functions.

Strong understanding of the "you build it, you run it" philosophy.

Excellent communication skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

Strategic mindset combined with hands-on facilitation capability.

Experience working in complex organizational environments.
