Job Description

Do you want to be the mastermind behind the future of grocery shopping? We're on the hunt for a Demand Planner to join our team at foodora market. You'll use your planning and analytical superpowers to keep our stores perfectly stocked and our operations running smoothly. Ready to jump on board and help us reshape how people shop for groceries?

Your mission

• Ensure accurate inventory levels in our Nordic stores by analyzing stock status and sales trends
• Track and follow up on key performance indicators to ensure we're meeting our targets
• Create demand forecasts and manage orders for our stores
• Analyze and report on inventory and purchasing forecasts to the organization on time
• Place orders with suppliers and ensure proper tracking and follow-up
• Collaborate closely with suppliers to improve planning and replenishment processes
• Work hand-in-hand with local store and category managers to ensure our stock levels are second to none

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, including purchasing and demand planning
• Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Business, or a related field
• Experience working with both internal and external stakeholders
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
• Experience from the grocery retail industry is a strong plus
