RaiseFX, a rapidly growing brokerage specializing in online trading (Forex, indices, commodities, and

cryptocurrencies), is looking for a Dealing Trader Assistant to support its trading operations.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced trading environment

and serves as a stepping stone toward becoming a Trader or Dealer.

. Order Execution: Assist in executing orders across various asset classes (CFD).

. Risk Management: Monitor open positions, assess risk exposure, and escalate anomalies.

. Market Analysis: Track market trends, prepare reports, and provide analytical insights.

. Trading Tools & Reporting: Utilize trading platforms (cTrader/MT5) and generate performance

reports.

. Trader Support: Assist the trading team with administrative tasks and process optimization.

. Transaction Monitoring: Oversee company transactions, detect anomalies, and mitigate risks.

. Market Surveillance: Stay updated on market trends and respond swiftly to changes.

. Exposure Management: Assess and monitor the company's risk exposure.

. Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve trading-related issues, escalating when necessary.

Requirements

. Strong understanding of financial markets and trading instruments.

. Ability to perform under pressure and react quickly to market fluctuations.

. Proficiency in trading platforms and analytical tools.

. Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, and high accuracy.

. Fluency in English, especially in an international environment.

Training provided

Onboarding to the team and the company.

Each manager is responsible for training the new recruit within their respective team. The training will

be based on the recruit's job description as well as an introduction to the world of trading.

Salary

?40,000 - ?60,000 per year, depending on experience

How will the interviews be held

The first interview will be conducted online, and if successful, the second interview will take place

online with the manager responsible for the respective position.
