About the role

As Data Support Specialist at Cerve, you will work in collaboration with the commercial team, to curate, validate, and unify data across the Cerve platform. This role involves working with internal teams and our broad range of suppliers to ensure data is accurate, reliable, and up-to-date. This role is in an initial 3-month contract, as such we are keen to meet with those who can start immediately.

What you'll do

As aData Support Assistantat Cerve, you will play a key role in ensuring our suppliers and internal teams operate seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Review and Enhance Data: Ensure data across our network is standardised, accurate, and improved for seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with Suppliers: Curate and maintain precise product technical information in partnership with suppliers.
  • Onboard Suppliers: Guide suppliers onto the Cerve platform with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Resolve Issues: Address client data issues, queries, and complaints swiftly and effectively.
  • Audit Data: Perform regular audits using Excel to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
You are

You have
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in a content and data management role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear, empathetic, and professional interactions with customers and team members.
  • Experience using Product Information Management Systems (i.e. Akeneo, Product Data 360, etc) or Content Management Systems (i.e. Wordpress, Webflow, etc).
  • Working knowledge of Excel or Python, with the ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.
  • [+] Experience working with large language models (LLMs).
