Overview
As
Data Process Automation
Manager, you will play a key role in building the next level of how we work with data, insights, and processes within
PMX, Publicis Media's investment, trading, and specialist division. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines operational excellence with advanced technical skills and thrives on creating smarter, more efficient workflows through data-driven solutions.

You report to the
Head of Trading & Investmentand work closely with client teams, data analysts, and technical specialists to ensure our solutions are scalable, innovative, and deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities Include:
  • Monitor and optimize investments based on data and actionable insights.
  • Own and improve data management processes, ensuring accuracy, structure, and efficiency.
  • Define and validate KPIs, integrating measurability into all projects and workflows.
  • Develop and streamline operational processes, with a focus on annual planning and channel allocation.
  • Optimize and automate reporting and tracking tools, including dashboards and data platforms.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to drive more value across teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to enable innovation and continuous improvement.

Organizational Placement
  • Part of
    PMX, Publicis Media's investment, trading, and specialist division.
  • Reports to
    Head of Trading & Investment.
  • Works closely with creative and strategic functions to enable data-driven excellence.
  • Drives knowledge sharing and capability development in analytics and process optimization.

Qualifications
Required Competencies:
  • Advanced Excel skills for complex modeling and analysis.
  • Comfortable working with common LLMs (Large Language Models) for analytics and automation.
  • Technical background in statistics or computer science, ideally with Marketing Science experience.
  • Programming proficiency: Python, Boost, Pipescript.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills in complex organizations.

Preferred Profile:
  • Experience in
    process development, automation, or efficiency projects.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Growth mindset with a proactive approach to learning and innovation.
  • Media market understanding is a plus, but
    technical expertise is highly prioritized.
