Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable data and analytics solutions using Databricks and the wider Azure data stack.
• Contribute to a strong engineering culture by sharing ideas, collaborating closely with teammates, and supporting best practices across projects.
• Continuously strengthen your skills by staying current with the latest Azure and Databricks capabilities - including pursuing relevant certifications.
• Work directly with clients across a range of industries to understand business needs and help shape impactful, data-driven solutions.

Qualification

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on data engineering experience, preferably with significant work using Databricks.
• Solid experience with modern Azure data services, such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Data Factory, ADLS Gen2, Purview, Cosmos DB.
• Strong engineering fundamentals - including Python, Scala or PySpark, data modelling, databases, and SQL.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with peers.
• Experience contributing to project delivery, managing your own tasks, and ensuring high-quality, reliable outcomes.
