Data Analyst
Are you passionate about transforming data into actionable insights within an international ad tech company? SeenThis is looking for a Data Analyst with a financial and commercial focus to join our team. In this role, you will primarily work with Power BI to design and develop interactive dashboards, extract key insights, and support strategic decision-making across the organization.
About the Role
As a Data Analyst at SeenThis, your primary responsibility will be to leverage commercial data to provide valuable insights and drive data-informed decision-making. Using Power BI and other analytical tools, you will extract, analyze, and visualize data to optimize performance, identify trends, and support strategic initiatives.
You will be part of the CFO Office team, working closely with the project manager and stakeholders across the finance, tech, and commercial departments. Your work will play a crucial role in enhancing business performance and shaping key decisions.

Strong communication skills are also key-you should be able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that resonate with various stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to visualize key business insights.
Analyze and interpret financial and operational data to support strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with finance, commercial, and tech teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
Maintain and optimize existing Power BI reports to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Support ad hoc data requests, delivering timely, accurate, and relevant information.
Stay up to date with the latest Power BI features (e.g., AI) and best practices to continuously enhance reporting.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in data analysis and visualization.
Strong proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
Business acumen and a solid understanding of commercial data.
High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment.
Familiarity with real-time data analysis.
Experience working with Business Central and/or Sales Professional (Microsoft Dynamics 365).
Interest in or experience with AI tools for data analysis.
