You will help turn quantitative business data into clear insights that support decision-making, business strategy, and performance improvement in a complex automotive environment. The assignment combines structured reporting with ad-hoc analysis, with a strong focus on data quality, statistical methods, and clear communication. You will work close to stakeholders to understand business needs, build relevant analyses, and present findings that can drive action. The role also includes survey design and evaluation, which means you will move between data preparation, analytical work, and practical improvements in how information is collected and used. Job DescriptionYou will collect, structure, and analyze quantitative business data to support strategy, tactical decisions, and follow-up of results.
You will improve data quality through routine and ad-hoc data cleaning, testing, and validation.
You will create analyses, reports, and dashboards in BI tools based on business needs and reporting frameworks.
You will apply statistical methods, sampling techniques, and data visualization to turn datasets into actionable insights.
You will identify trends, discrepancies, and business issues in data and help stakeholders understand what they mean.
You will design, execute, and analyze surveys, including question development, testing for accessibility and usability, and review of methods.
You will carry out background research and summarize findings in fact sheets, graphs, tables, and presentations.
You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and present conclusions and recommendations in a clear way.
RequirementsIT education
Experience with Power BI and Power Apps
Fluent in Swedish and English
Nice to haveExperience from the automotive industry
