Assignment Overview

We are looking for a Data & AI Governance Specialist

What You Will Work On

Implement and maintain AI and data governance frameworks aligned with organizational strategy.

Support the operational adoption of regulatory requirements, including the EU Data Act and EU AI Act.

Develop and maintain governance processes, documentation, and best practices.

Provide training and change management support to ensure effective adoption of governance structures.

Harmonize data definitions and optimize governance processes across divisions.

Monitor compliance with regulations and ethical standards for data and AI usage.

Translate strategic and regulatory requirements into actionable operational processes and controls.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen data and AI governance.

What You Bring

Hands-on experience in data governance and AI governance.

Strong knowledge of data management principles, regulatory compliance, and AI ethics.

Practical experience implementing EU Data Act and EU AI Act requirements.

Operational experience with governance frameworks and processes.

Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical functions.

Strong analytical skills and ability to execute governance initiatives effectively.
