About the position
Perido is looking for a Cybersecurity Manager for our client, a market-leading supplier of goods in the grocery trade with many well-known brands in their portfolio. The position is based in Solna with a possibility of working remotely at times.
As Cybersecurity Manager, you will ensure consistent execution of the company's cybersecurity strategy across multiple business units. You will join a central IT team of five colleagues and work closely with 13 local IT managers, along with a cross-portfolio cybersecurity community. Your mission is to maintain structure, deliver according to deadlines, and sustain a strong security governance model already in place. This role involves frequent collaboration across countries, structured reporting, and presenting information to various internal forums.

While deep technical expertise is not required, you need enough experience and maturity to independently drive ongoing plans, follow established processes, and ensure consistent reporting and compliance. - Maintain and enforce security policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements, including GDPR
- Manage incident response, security breaches, and business continuity processes
- Support internal and external audits and provide clear reporting to leadership
- Promote a strong security culture and educate employees on risks and best practices
- Oversee security technologies, such as firewalls, encryption, monitoring, and threat detection tools

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT security or cybersecurity positions
- Demonstrated success in delivering cybersecurity programs and governance processes
- Fluent in English

- Proficiency in a Scandinavian language
