About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and service-oriented Customer Support Specialist for their Nyköping office. This is a hybrid position requiring a combination of onsite presence and remote work.
You will be a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, responsible for managing order-related issues, technical queries, and payment matters. The role requires strong coordination with cross-functional teams across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and After-Sales Services to ensure efficient and timely resolution of customer cases.
This role is well-suited for a proactive, experienced support professional with deep expertise in customer service, order management, and business systems.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main internal contact for handling customer inquiries related to technical support, orders, and payments
Ensure complete case ownership by coordinating resolutions with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and other internal departments
Support After-Sales and Spare Parts teams in managing customer issues
Proactively work to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery
Utilize internal tools such as SAP and Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Teams) to manage workflows and documentation
Share knowledge and support continuous improvement across teams
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in customer support and order management
Solid understanding of logistics flows and processes
Proficient in SAP and Microsoft 365 tools (especially Excel and Teams)
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage complex case resolutions
