About the Role
As aGraduate Customer Support Engineer, you'll be part of a team that helps scientists and technicians solve real-world problems using Agilent'sGas Chromatography (GC) instruments. You'll receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop your technical and customer service skills, while working hands-on with cutting-edge technology in laboratories across Sweden.

What You'll Do
  • Install & Maintain GC Instruments: Perform on-site installation, preventive maintenance, upgrades, and repairs.
  • Support Customers: Deliver training and guidance to help users get the most out of their GC systems.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with service managers, sales teams, and product specialists to meet customer needs.
  • Stay Organized: Manage service documentation, scheduling, and reporting with accuracy.
  • Provide Feedback: Share insights from the field to help improve products and services.


What We're Looking For
  • A recent graduate (Bachelor's or Master's) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Passion for technology and customer service.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Willingness to travel across Sweden for on-site support.
  • Fluency in English; Swedish is a plus.

Qualifications
  • Education: University degree in a life science-related field.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Swedish and English.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Other: Valid driving license.
