We now have an available role as Customer support and invoice administrator.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Receive error reports via phone and email

Administer cases in Service Now

Administer work orders in Entré and forward to the correct department

Follow-up work orders and close customer errands

Register offer requests and send to the sales department

Receive invoice questions via phone and email

Invoicing and crediting

Project a conto invoicing

Contract management - register, invoicing and terminations

Collective invoicing for VIP-customers

Management of reminders/debt collections sent to customers

Support the production department with various questions and requests

Administration of new customers in various systems

Changes in customer registers, example: new invoicing information, mergers, bankruptcies

Administration of new facilities and related projects

Qualifications:

Fluent in Swedish, speech and writing

Good knowledge in English, speech and writing

Preferably experience in accounts receivable and contract management

Preferably experience in administration and customer service

Characteristics:
