About the Role:
We are seeking aCustomer Success Manager for AWSto join our team in Stockholm. In this role, you will drive the success and growth of AWS resellers, focusing on onboarding, enablement, and fostering long-term relationships. You will play a pivotal role in increasing program adoption, ensuring our partners achieve their business goals, and positioning Ingram Micro as the go-to AWS distributor in the Nordics. Location; Stockholm Sweden.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new AWS resellers, guiding them through a seamless integration with Ingram Micro.
- Engage directly with resellers to understand their business needs and ensure a strategic fit with Ingram Micro's offerings.
- Deliver enablement sessions and success workshops.
- Capture and manage partner insights in CRM to support go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with vendor management to identify opportunities and introduce resellers to AWS-specific initiatives.
- Conduct milestone check-ins with partners and facilitate warm handovers to dedicated account teams.
- Address reseller inquiries via shared mailboxes, Teams, or phone, offering ADHOC support as needed.
- Lead communications and training efforts to enable resellers in utilizing the Ingram Micro AWS ecosystem.
- Mentor new team members and lead special projects such as process improvements and vendor campaigns.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in the IT or Cloud industry, preferably with exposure to AWS or similar cloud solutions.
- Strong customer communication skills across email, phone, and Teams.
- Experience building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to present and create impactful presentations.
