Your mission when joining the XXX team at Einride will be to...
You will
- Together with Operational Account Manager develop and maintain an optimal customer experience for our customers in the Nordics & UK
- Manage daily operations and planning
- First point of contact for our customers and other partners such as carriers and workshops
- Analyze and optimize performance securing agreed KPIs and SLA are achieved
- Handle and resolve customer requests
- Monitoring support inbox and resolve ad hoc deviations
- Minimum a Bachelor's degree (e.g Business, Supply Chain, Logistics)
- Previous experience in a customer facing role
- Strong collaborator
- Strong service and solution oriented mindset
- Independent and confident in your ability to act, prioritize and make decisions
- Fluent in Swedish & English
- Experience from the growing EV industry and/or startup is of merit
This position is based in Stockholm or Gothenburg. We recommend that you submit your application as soon as possible as selection and interviews are held continuously.
