I denna roll kommer du att spela en viktig roll i att bygga och underhålla starka kundrelationer. Du blir en del av ett dynamiskt och kompetent team som samarbetar nära med andra avdelningar såsom försäljning, produktspecialister, lager, inköp och ekonomi.

Som kundservicemedarbetare får du en varierad och spännande arbetsdag med ansvar för att hantera kundförfrågningar relaterade till produktinformation, priser, leveranstider, reklamationer och mer.

Typ av anställning: Heltid, 1 års tidsbegränsat kontrakt

Vem vi söker
Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av kundservice och förståelse för försäljning. Du vet hur du skapar en positiv kundupplevelse och är bekväm med att kommunicera via telefon, e-post och chatt. Har du dessutom erfarenhet av laboratoriearbete eller försäljning av laboratorieutrustning är det ett stort plus!

Kvalifikationer:

• Erfarenhet av kundservice/försäljning
• Yrkesutbildning eller kandidatexamen inom naturvetenskapliga ämnen
• Erfarenhet av laboratoriearbete eller försäljning av laboratorieutrustning
• Goda kommunikationsfärdigheter på svenska och engelska, både muntligt och skriftligt
• God IT-kunskap och förmåga att sätta sig in i nya system
• Erfarenhet av SAP R3 och SAP CRM (SAP C4C) är ett stort plus.
• God affärsförståelse och förmåga att förstå företagets processer och rutiner
• Trivs i ett högt arbetstempo och gillar att hantera flera uppgifter samtidigt

Vi söker en person som är motiverad att lära, nyfiken och engagerad. Du gillar att sätta dig in i nya produkter och processer och trivs med att arbeta både självständigt och i team. Du har god samarbetsförmåga och en positiv inställning.
