Job DescriptionAs aCustomer Manager, you will be at the forefront of DNV's growth in Sweden. This role is all aboutproactive sales and high activity- you will spend most of your time identifying new business opportunities, reaching out to potential clients, and building relationships that lead to long-term partnerships.
Your mission is to help organizations understand the value of certification and risk management, and how DNV's global expertise can support their improvement journey. You will manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and first contact to closing deals, and you'll have the freedom to shape your own success.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoysprospecting and outreach, and is motivated by achieving results. You will work closely with internal experts to deliver tailored solutions, but the responsibility for opening doors and creating opportunities will be yours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Identify and engage potential customers through calls, emails, and meetings
- High Activity: Maintain a strong pipeline and consistent outreach to drive new business
- Present DNV's certification services and explain how they support risk management and continuous improvement
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Track activities and progress toward sales targets

Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales or business development (1-3 years preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly motivated, structured, and results-oriented
- Comfortable with high activity and proactive outreach
- Interest in sustainability, risk management, and business improvement
