Key responsibilities

• Provide patient service and assess patient's needs. Provide Convatec ostomy solutions and convert patient's by offering optional solutions
• Prospect and discover key customer lead opportunities. Cold calls, follow up on opportunities, cross-sell, and up-sell.
• Responsible for maintaining programs and update customer data
• Work closely with the digital team to increase lead generation

Key requirements

• Professional nursing background, preferable ostomy care
• Living in Stockholm region
• Competent in digital technology tools
• Swedish, professional business proficiencies (Speaking/Writing/Reading) and English is mandatory (Speaking/Writing/Reading)
• Customer service professional
• Ability to occasionally to travel
• Office based role, with flexibility when required

Education/ Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Preferable a scientific degree (healthcare) and/or Ostomy Care product knowledge
• Competent in digital technology tools
• Effective communication skills
• Customer expertise
• Competent in CRM and data analysis tools
