As a Customer Experience Representative, your primary focus will be to deliver outstanding support in our different channels. You are motivated by exceeding customers' expectations and have a deep understanding of our mission and products. You will also play a central role in bringing customer feedback to other teams such as Product, Operations and Brand.
Your responsibilities are
- Exceeding customer expectations across channels such as email, chat, Facebook, and Instagram
- Managing daily customer interactions and administrative tasks through our order management systems
- Staying up to date with product knowledge
- Understanding and working in line with Asket's core values
- Assisting and representing Asket at pop-ups and events
- Sharing customer feedback with relevant teams
You are
- Service-minded, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with a keen interest in clothing (not necessarily fashion)
- A strong communicator with the ability to multitask effectively
- Passionate about Asket's core values and committed to helping change the apparel industry for the better
- Fluent in spoken and written English (additional languages are beneficial)
- Experienced in a service role (preferred but not required)
Work hours
- This is a full-time position (40 hours per week). The role may occasionally require evening and weekend availability.
- The position is based at our head office in Södermalm, Stockholm.
