We are looking for a Customer Communicator who wants to combine service with sales - and help strengthen the customer experience in every conversation.
About the role
Through its subsidiaries, SkyTech is Europe's largest supplier of marking solutions for installations within electrical, plumbing, and ventilation systems. In one of our subsidiaries, SignsOnDemand1998, customer service, marketing, and sales work together for each respective market.
We are now looking for someone who wants to take on the role of working with our Norwegian customers. The position involves contacting new customers to inform them about our company, as well as calling existing customers to gather relevant feedback and inform them about new products.
In other words, your workday will consist of conducting high-quality customer dialogues with the goal of improving sales.
The goal of the role
To develop your ability to combine service with sales and to collect relevant feedback that strengthens our customer relationships and results.
We believe that you
Have previous experience in sales over the phone
Have experience working with Norwegian customers
Have lived or worked in Norway
Are a communicative and trustworthy person with a strong sales drive
Are detail-oriented and enjoy documenting your work and following routines
Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service with a sales focus, or B2C/B2B sales is considered a merit - but we place equal importance on your attitude, energy, and willingness to develop.
